Struggle for more than 6 Decades Against the Autocratic Monarchy

Kathmandu : organized by the Nepal Intellectual Organization, a seminar program on “Elections for Promotion of Good Governance Against Corruption” has been completed at Lekhnath Hall of Nepal Academy foundation in kamaladi, Kathmandu.

The chief guest of the program and Deputy Prime Minister Narayan Kaji Shrestha said that our ancestors, imperialism and colonization were never success. So, Nepal has the potential to have positive political values. No country can produce food even once. We have diversity in any geographical location.

Shrestha said that he had to struggle against the autocratic monarchy for more than 6 decades and said that there has been a delay in moving forward according to the expectations of the Nepalese people. Children of Nepalese mothers have to migrate abroad. There is a nexus of corruption in the country. Stating that the political leadership has not been able to break the network of brokers, the next agenda is to move the country forward for the prosperity of country. Did the people get good governance in social, justice, political change? If the people are disappointed, they can look for another change.

It is necessary for intellectuals, leaders, everyone to transform themselves.

Who does not invest his labor. He said that the trend of not working and hoarding the resources of the state through brokering, making the nation hollow and becoming rich has increased, and the rich will become richer and the poor will become poorer.

Where he has cheated the state. Be it from any party. Can corruption be done by going to a party? It cannot be said that the statistical evidence left in the investigation. Cheating the country has become robbery. The party and my agenda is a great campaign to bring about political change and social transformation.

Not of my partner in the state. There is a threat to the system in that direction, it is not called silent matchup. There are some weaknesses in the parliamentary system. No matter who says what, new hope will communicated in this country.

Maoist Central Secretary Dinanath Sharma said that corruption is not a small enemy. Prithvi Narayan Shah said that it is true that bribe givers and takers are enemies of the nation. He said that it is not true that there is no corruption in advanced democracies of the world, and he said that he has made it clear that he is preparing to indict former US President Donald Trump for corruption.

CPN (Maoist) central intellectual faction in-charge Khimlal Devkota presented a working paper at the seminar program on “Electoral awareness of promoting good governance against corruption”.

On that occasion, Nepal Nepal Intellectuals Council (Socialist), President Sitaram Ghale Periyar, President of Nepal Intellectuals Council Dr. Dinesh Chandra Devkota, President of Democratic Thought Society Kulchandra Wagle, Former President of Nepal Journalist Federation Kishore, Nepal, Director of Nepal Rashtra Bank Deepak Lamichhane, Prof. Dr. Sangeeta Bhandari and others said that corruption in the country should be stopped.
