Central Bank to Sell Gold and Silver Bullion to Sikkim
Kathmandu: Central Bank is going to sell gold and silver coins to the general public from next Sunday. Aiming at Tihar, Central Bank is going to sell gold and silver on the day of Dhantrayodashi (10 November).
According to the National Bank of India, gold and silver coins can be bought from 11 am to 3 pm. According to the Central Bank, arrangements have been made to buy 17.5 grams of gold coins and up to 65 grams of silver coins per person. There is a rule that one person can buy 65 grams of cow image coins, 10 grams of Lakshmi coins, 10 grams of Ganesha coins and 10 grams of Gaja Laxmi coins.
Cash and QR codes have also been arranged to buy Precious coins. Gold bars that can be purchased by the general public from Taksar Division are 2.5 grams, 5 grams and 10 grams. It is said that the price of all these will be fixed according to the daily market price. The gold and silver coins purchased from the Taksar branch cannot be sold again in the same branch.
