Neko Insurance Reached Jajarkot-Rukum

Kathmandu : Neko Insurance’s Representatives has reached Jajarkot and Rukum West, where people suffered from huge physical and financial loss due to the 6.4 magnitude of earthquake came at 11:47 pm on 3rd of November, 2023 A.D.

The representatives along with the head of Karnali Province branch of Neko Insuranc has distributed the necessary relief materials to the earthquake victims of Aathbiskot Municipality, Rukum west and Jajarkot.

So far, nearly 200 people have lost their lives and 3000 houses have been destroyed and relief materials have been distributed. The company has handed over blankets, tents and food to the people affected by the earthquake to solve the cold problem of the winter. Relief materials have been distributed under social responsibility.

Neko Insurance has informed that relief distribution work will continue to the people affected by natural disasters Neko Insurance is one of the first insurance companies to reach the earthquake-affected areas with relief.

People were spending the night under the open sky due to severe damage and lack of relief materials. Seeing this condition Neko promised to provide more help in the coming days.
