LIC Nepal Announced the Annual General Meeting on 4th December
What is the agenda & when is it’s book close?
Kathmandu : LIC Nepal has called the meeting for the 21st Annual General Assembly going to be held on 4th December. In the annual general meeting being held at the administrative establishment in Jawalakhel of the year 2078/79 B.S (2021 A.D), three agendas will be presented there.
Since no dividend will be given this time, there is no related proposal. Likewise, it has been proposed to pass the financial statements of the year 2078/79 B.S (2021 A.D), to appoint auditors and to pass the report of the board of directors.
Similarly, the company has fixed the date of book close on 4th December for the purpose of the annual general meeting. Based on that, shareholders registered in Nepal Stock will be able to participate until 3rd December.
