Five Microfinance Companies Bringing FPO of 29 Crores

Kathmandu : Five microfinance companies are in the pipeline for issuance of additional primary shares (AFPO) in the Nepal Securities Board. Awaiting FPO permission are Suryodaya Wami Microfinance, Mahuli Microfinance, Naya Sarathi, Samata Home Finance and Kisan Microfinance.

Laguvitta will issue 28 lakh 51 thousand 649 additional shares worth 29 crore four lakh 39 thousand 284 rupees. Suryodaya Womi on 18th August 2080, Mahuli on 24th August 2080, Naya Sarathi on 9th August 2078, Samata Ghasya on 29th Chait 2078 and Kisan Laguvitta on 29th June 2078 have applied to the board for FPO issuance.

New Sarathi Microfinance has sought permission to issue FPOs at Rs.116 per share. This microfinance is seeking permission to issue 3 lakh 29 thousand 649 shares of FPO. The maximum number of Kisan Laguvitta financial institutions has applied to the board for issuance of 16 lakh 66 thousand 965 FPO shares at Rs.100 per share.
