Central Bank Urges to Avoid Financial Frauds

Kathmandu : Central Bank has requested to save themselves and others from financial fraud. The bank has issued a notification and asked not to send money or provide account details to unknown persons.

According to Central Bank, financial contacts who contact on various pretexts such as mobile apps such as WhatsApp, Viber, Messenger or email or phone, have won a prize, found wealth or gold found hidden property or have a plan to get a lot of returns in a short period of time. To avoid fraudsters.

In addition, there are cases of cheating common people by showing financial inducement to the general public by saying that they have to send some amount or give account information to get that amount or property. Central Bank has said that all these incidents are examples of financial fraud.
