Financial Support from Lumbini Development Bank to Sahara Football Academy

Kathmandu : Lumbini Development Bank Limited has provided financial support to the ‘Sahara Football Academy’ at Pokhara-17 Dobilla which is also the part of Sahara Academy Pokhara. The bank, which has been supporting the club in the past years, has supported the club with 244 thousand 800 Rupees.

Ramchandra Sigdel, a member of the bank’s board of directors, handed over the cheque for the support amount to the Chairman of the club, Keshavraj Baral.

It is said that the amount of support will be used for lunch and food of the dependent children in the academy. Currently, 45 poor and underprivileged children from 15 districts are supported in the academy.

Sahara Club, Pokhara has been providing football training along with their upbringing and education.

Lumbini Development Bank Limited, which operates branches in all 7 provinces of the country, has been providing financial services through 89 branches and one extended branch.
