Annual General Meeting of Himalayan Life was held, 6 directors were elected unopposed

Kathmandu : The 16th Annual General Meeting of Himalayan Life Insurance Company Limited has been completed. The meeting was held at Silver Oak Banquet, Gairidhara Kathmandu on 1st of February, 2024 A.D.

6 directors have been elected unopposed to represent the board of directors of the company. Sulabh Agarwal, Bivek Dugar and Saurabh Dugar were elected from the founding group and Raju Prasad Payakurel, Sachin Acharya and Pramila K.C. were elected from the general group.

Similarly, the assembly has discussed and passed the annual financial statements of Former Union, Prime and Gurans Life for the financial year 2022/23 A.D (2078/79 B.S). Similarly, the company has approved the payment to the board of directors and the sub-committee.
