The general meeting of Shikhar Insurance is going to be held on 9th of Chaitra, What are the main agenda of meeting?

Kathmandu : The 19th Annual General Meeting of Shikhar Insurance Company Limited will be held on Friday, 9th of Chaitra, 2080 B.S (22nd of March, 2024 A.D) in the company’s central office Thapathali, Kathmandu at 11 am. This decision was taken at the company’s meeting held on 16th of Falgun, 2080 B.S.

The company has already decided not to distribute dividends to the shareholders from the profits of the last fiscal year. The meeting will discuss the financial statements including the last year’s report, profit & loss and cash flow. In addition, the general meeting will elect 3 directors for the founder and 1 director for the general public.

The company has decided to close the book from 27th of Falgun to 9th of Chaitra for the purpose of meeting. According to which shareholders who have been transacted in NEPSE till 24th of Falgun will be eligible to participate in the meeting.
