The General Assembly of Mahila Lagubitta Sanstha is going to be held on 27th of Falgun

Kathmandu: The 6th annual general meeting of Mahila Lagubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is being held on 27th of Falgun, 2080. The meeting will start from 11 am at Himalaya View Resort Dhulikhel Kavre. The company has not made any proposal regarding dividend in the meeting.

The assembly will discuss and approve the financial statement including the report of the last fiscal year’s profit & loss and cash flow. For the current fiscal year, the auditor will be appointed and four directors will be appointed to determine the remuneration and represent the founding shareholders in the ‘A’ group of the organization.

Likewise, the board of directors will be empowered to perform all necessary actions for the purpose of merging with other microfinance institutions. The company has already closed the book on 15th of Falgun, for the purpose of the meeting.

According to which, shareholders who have been transacted in NEPSE will be able to attend the meeting until 14th of Falgun.
