Prabhu Bank is organizing its General Meeting on 20th Baishakh

 

Kathmandu : The 22th Annual General Meeting of Prabhu Bank Limited will be organizing on Thursday 20th of Baisakh, 2081 B.S. at the Bank’s Central Office, Babarmahal, Kathmandu at 10 am. This decision was taken by the bank’s Board of Directors meeting held on 23rd Chaitra 2080 B.S.

The bank general meeting will discuss and pass the financial statement including the report of the board of directors, balance sheet, profit/loss account and cash flow of the previous fiscal year and appointment an auditor for the current fiscal year.

Similarly, this meeting will discuss on the agenda of passing the consolidated financial statements of the bank’s reports, and Prabhu stock market limited

For the purpose of meeting, the bank has decided to close the book for one day on 4th Baisakh 2081. According to bank’s source said that the permanent shareholders till 3rd Baisakh 2080 will be eligible to participate in the meeting.
