IGI Prudential Insurance Urges Insured to Submit Pending Documents for Claims

Kathmandu – IGI Prudential Insurance Limited has issued a public notice urging insured individuals who have applied for claims to promptly submit the required documents to facilitate the claims process.

The company revealed that some claims related to damages incurred by mid-October remain unresolved due to insufficient documentation. Despite repeated efforts, the company stated that several insured individuals have not responded or provided the necessary paperwork to proceed with their claims.

To address this issue, IGI Prudential has called on affected policyholders to contact the company or the designated surveyor within 21 days to submit the additional documents. Failure to comply within the specified timeframe will result in the closure of the pending claim files.
