The company has stated that the claim payment process has been delayed due to incomplete documentation provided in claims filed over time. The absence of essential paperwork has prevented the company from proceeding with the settlement process.

To expedite the process, NLG Insurance has advised affected policyholders to contact the assigned surveyor or the company directly and provide the necessary documents. The company reiterated that complete documentation is crucial to ensure timely and smooth claim settlements.
