Nepal Insurance Company Auctions Promoter Shares

Kathmandu – Nepal Insurance Company Limited has announced the auction of 21,133 units of promoter group shares. The auction is open exclusively to the company’s existing promoter shareholders.

The minimum price per share has been set at NPR 180, and interested buyers must apply for the entire lot. Applications must be submitted from January 6 to January 13, 2025 by 2 PM to the sales manager, NIMB Ace Capital Limited, located in Lazimpat, Kathmandu. Buyers are required to state their bid amount competitively in the application.

The company has also indicated that if no applications are received from promoter shareholders within the specified time frame, the shares will be made available to the general public.
