Rojina Ghale Becomes First Female MDRT from IME Life Nuwakot Branch

Kathmandu – Rojina Ghale, Agency Manager at IME Life Insurance Company’s Nuwakot branch, has made history by becoming the first female Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) achiever from the company in the district for 2025.

Rojina’s journey to success is a testament to perseverance and determination. Despite limited formal education, she pursued her dream of joining the insurance sector. Starting her insurance career with Sagun Gurung in 2078 BS, Rojina completed her SEE within a year and obtained her agent’s license. She officially joined IME Life in Ashadh 2080 and achieved MDRT status within just 18 months of relentless effort. Balancing family responsibilities after marrying young, she overcame numerous challenges with the support of her family and relentless determination.

Rojina, known for her determination and social work, has also been recognized as a member of the Mount Manaslu Leaders Club. Her contributions have earned her honors at regional programs and a national-level event at Hotel Soaltee.

She aims to continue her MDRT journey in 2026, ensuring the future of more families and spreading awareness about the importance of insurance. She also advocates for eliminating unhealthy competition in the sector, envisioning a time when everyone voluntarily opts for insurance. She emphasizes that the insurance profession uniquely offers financial stability, social recognition, and personal growth.
