National Life Insurance Hosts “Leader’s Night with Bhushan Dahal” for Top Agents

Kathmandu – National Life Insurance Company Limited recently organized a two-night, three-day event titled “Leader’s Night with Bhushan Dahal” at Hotel Seven Star, Sauraha, Chitwan. The program recognized and celebrated the achievements of agents who excelled under the Agent Monthly Plan for Shravan 2081.

The event included visits to the Maulakalika Temple in Gaindakot and the Diyalo Bungalow Museum, alongside an exclusive interaction with Nepal’s renowned senior journalist, Bhushan Dahal. Approximately 225 senior agents from across the country participated, along with Marketing Department Head Bivek Sharma, Agency Department Head Sushil Pratap Rana, and various branch heads.

As the chief guest, Bhushan Dahal provided leadership training, emphasizing that true leaders must possess the courage to face thousands of questions while crafting a clear vision for the future. Dahal also presented letters of appreciation to the high-performing agents selected for the program.
