Guardian Micro Life Insurance Shares Transferred in Shareholders’ Demat Accounts
Kathmandu – The shares of Guardian Micro Life Insurance Limited have been deposited in the demat accounts of the concerned shareholders. CDSC transferred the shares to shareholders’ accounts on Friday evening.
Investors will now be able to trade these shares after their listing on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE).
The company had issued its Initial Public Offering (IPO) to the general public from January 5 to January 8. A total of 1.845 million shares, worth Rs. 184.5 million, were issued in the IPO. The distribution of shares was conducted on January 19, where 184,500 applicants received allocations.
