Rastriya Beema Company Conducts Basic Training for Agricultural Insurance Agents

Kathmandu – Rastriya Beema Company successfully completed a four-day basic training program aimed at preparing agents for agriculture, livestock, and herbal insurance.
The training, organized by the company’s central office, took place from February 2 to 5 at Alpha House Banquet in Baneshwor, Kathmandu. The program concluded with an examination to evaluate the trainees’ understanding.
During the training, the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Shrawan Kumar Bhattarai, highlighted the crucial role of agents in advancing the insurance business and emphasized the need to enhance its effectiveness. The event also saw active participation from Head of the Management Department, Debraj Ghimire, and other senior officials.
At the closing ceremony, Deputy Chief Executive Officer Subash Koirala, Chief Manager Rajani Poudel, Manager Niranjan Acharya, and other company representatives provided valuable guidance to the participants. Certificates were distributed to the trainees who successfully completed the program. The trainees also expressed that the training was highly beneficial for their professional development.
