Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Reports 5.44% Increase in Net Profit for Q2

Kathmandu – Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Limited has published its financial results for the second quarter of the current fiscal year, reporting a 5.44% growth in net profit compared to the same period last fiscal year. The company’s profit rose from Rs 219.7 million in the previous fiscal year to Rs 231.6 million in the current fiscal year.

The financial statements also reveal significant growth in the company’s life insurance fund, which surged from Rs 11.17 billion last fiscal year to over Rs 16.6 billion this year. In addition to profit growth, the company’s total income witnessed a remarkable 20.97% rise, reaching Rs 4.11 billion compared to Rs 3.4 billion in the previous fiscal year.

Similarly, net insurance premium income grew by 18.73%, climbing from Rs 2.62 billion to over Rs 3.11 billion in the current fiscal year.

Sanima Reliance Life Insurance’s financial strength is further underscored by its paid-up capital of Rs 4.95 billion, retained earnings of Rs 508.4 million, and a disaster fund of Rs 134.3 million. The company’s annualized earnings per share (EPS) stand at Rs 9.36, while its net worth per share is Rs 114.38.
