Nepal Life Insurance Conducts Agent Training in Mirchaiya Sub-Branch

Kathmandu – Nepal Life Insurance Company has conducted a one-day agent meeting and refresher training for agency managers and 51 agents affiliated with its Mirchaiya sub-branch. The training aimed to enhance the capacity and professionalism of its agents, reinforcing their role as the backbone of the company.

Speaking at the event, Dashrath Jha, Head of Madhesh Province for Nepal Life Insurance, emphasized the company’s commitment to introducing new, profitable, and accessible insurance plans for everyone. He urged agents and employees to work with integrity and dedication to ensure the best service for customers.

The training focused on key aspects of the insurance sector, including the importance of insurance, different types of policies, benefits for policyholders, and essential factors to consider when purchasing insurance. Participants were also briefed on the various service facilities provided by Nepal Life Insurance.

During the session, Ganesh Kumar Thakur, Head of Nepal Life Insurance of Mirchaiya Sub-Branch, highlighted the significance of the agent profession and the pivotal role agents play in expanding insurance awareness. He encouraged agents to work honestly and diligently, assuring them that the profession offers financial rewards, recognition, and respect.
