Last Day to Apply for IGI Prudential Insurance Founder Shares Auction
Kathmandu – Today marks the final day to apply for the purchase of 80,000 founder shares of IGI Prudential Insurance Limited, which have been made available for sale through auction starting from March 4.
The company has set the minimum price for each share at Rs 211. Applicants must submit bids for the entire block of shares, with the opportunity open to both individuals and organizations, including existing founding shareholders.
The sealed bids for the shares will be opened tomorrow at the office of the sales manager, Prabhu Capital Limited, as per the company’s announcement.
