Sanima Reliance Life Concludes 8th AGM, Approves Dividend Proposal

Kathmandu — Sanima Reliance Life Insurance successfully concluded its eighth annual general meeting (AGM) today at Anmol Banquet in New Baneshwor. The meeting, which began at 11 a.m. today, approved key proposals, including dividend distribution and amendments to company regulations.
The AGM passed a proposal to distribute a 1.2489% bonus share and an 8% cash dividend (including tax) on the company’s paid-up capital. Following the bonus share issuance, the company’s capital will increase, and the meeting has approved amendments to the memorandum of association and regulations accordingly.
The meeting also approved the financial statements, including the annual report of the last fiscal year. Additionally, it appointed an auditor and determined the remuneration for the current fiscal year.
For dividend eligibility, the company had its books closure on Falgun 26 (March 10). Shareholders who held shares until Falgun 25 (March 9) will be entitled to receive the approved dividends.
