IGI Prudential Insurance to Auction 80,000 Promoter Shares

Kathmandu — IGI Prudential Insurance Limited has announced the auction of 80,000 units of promoter shares. The shares are open for bidding to the general public at a minimum price of Rs 185 per share.
Interested buyers are required to apply for the purchase of the entire 80,000 units while submitting their bids. The bidding period will remain open from today, Chaitra 15 (March 28) to Chaitra 18 (March 31).
The bid forms will be available at the office of the sales manager, Prabhu Capital Limited, located in Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
