Trust Micro Insurance Calls Second AGM with IPO Proposal

Kathmandu – Trust Micro Insurance Limited has announced its second annual general meeting (AGM), scheduled to take place on Jestha 1 (May 15) at Maharaja Resort in Rupandehi.

A key agenda item for the AGM is the proposal to issue an initial public offering (IPO). In line with this, the company will seek shareholder approval for a special resolution empowering the board of directors to amend the company’s memorandum of association and regulations as required for the IPO process.

The meeting will also address several regular business matters, including the endorsement of financial statements for the previous fiscal year, appointment of an external auditor for the current fiscal year, and confirmation of directors recently appointed by the board.

Trust Micro Insurance has informed that its shareholder register will remain closed on Baisakh 25 (May 8) for the purpose of the AGM. Shareholders who are registered by Baisakh 24 (May 7) will be eligible to participate in the meeting.
