Gandaki Province to Conduct Life Insurance Agent Examination

Kathmandu — The Gandaki Province Office of the Nepal Insurance Authority has announced it will conduct the life insurance agent examination on Baisakh 16 (April 29).

According to a notice published by the office, the examination is being held in accordance with the Insurance Act 2079, which mandates that individuals must pass the insurance intermediary examination before obtaining a license to operate as an insurance agent.

The authority has stated that candidates from across Nepal are eligible to participate in the upcoming life insurance agent examination. It has also instructed examinees to ensure that their face is clearly visible on the camera during the exam, indicating that the examination will likely be held through an online platform.
