Last Day to Secure Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance’s Cash Dividend

Kathmandu – Shareholders of Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Company Limited (Salico) have until the end of today to secure eligibility for the company’s proposed 15 percent cash dividend.

The company will close its shareholder register tomorrow, Baisakh 17 (April 30), to prepare for its upcoming 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and dividend distribution. Only investors who hold Salico shares registered with the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) by today will be entitled to participate in the AGM and claim the dividend.

Salico has scheduled its AGM for Baisakh 28 (May 11) at Ranimahal Banquet, Gyaneshwor, Kathmandu. The meeting will begin at 10 AM and will seek shareholder approval for the proposed dividend, among other agendas.
