Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Announces Sale of Promoter Shares
Kathmandu – Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Limited has announced the sale of 738,500 units of promoter shares. These shares are currently being offered to the existing promoter shareholders of the company.
According to the notice issued by the company, interested promoter shareholders must submit their applications to the company’s central office located in Kamaladi, Kathmandu. The deadline for submission is within 35 days from the date of the notice.
The company has further stated that if no applications are received from the promoter shareholders within the given time frame, the shares will then be made available for purchase by the general public.
