Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Announces Dividend for Shareholders
Kathmandu – Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Limited has announced a total dividend of 8.421 percent for its shareholders from the profit.
As per the decision made during the company’s board meeting held on Baisakh 17 (April 30), the proposed dividend includes 8 percent bonus shares and 0.421 percent cash dividend to cover tax obligations.
The proposed dividend will be distributed only after receiving approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and the endorsement at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Once approved, the bonus shares and cash amounts will be credited directly to the shareholders’ respective accounts.
