Salico Urges Insured to Complete Claim Process Within 35 Days

Kathmandu — Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Company Limited (Salico) has requested all insured individuals who filed claim applications by the end of Chaitra 2081 (mid-April), to complete the remaining process and receive their payments.

In a public notice, the company clarified that many claim payments have been delayed because policyholders either failed to submit additional required documents or could not be contacted. Salico has urged such individuals to submit the missing documents to its central office or any of its branch offices within the next 35 days.

The company has further stated that if the insured fail to comply within the given deadline, their respective claim files will be closed and no further action will be taken.
