Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Offers Over 418,000 Promoter Shares for Sale

Kathmandu — Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Limited has announced the sale of 418,826 units of promoter shares, inviting applications from its existing promoter shareholders.

According to the company, interested promoter shareholders must submit their applications within 35 days at the insurer’s central office located in Kamaladi, Kathmandu.

The company further stated that if no applications are received from current promoters within the specified deadline, the shares will be offered to the general public in accordance with regulatory procedures.
