Neco Insurance Crowns as Winner in Insurance Authority’s Futsal Tournament
Kathmandu — Neco Insurance has emerged as the champion of the men’s futsal tournament organized by the Nepal Insurance Authority to mark its 57th anniversary.
The team secured the title after a competitive final match against Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance. Representing Neco Insurance in the winning team were Mukesh Tamang, Abhishek Man Karmacharya, Kshitiz Subedi, Ajaya Karki, Binod Bista, Niraj Dangi, Rahul Ratna Manandhar, and Rakesh Sadoula.
The company’s Chief Executive Officer, Ashok Khadka, who has consistently prioritized employee development through sports and capacity-building initiatives, was present to celebrate the win alongside his team.
During the anniversary’s Prabhat Pheri (morning march) ceremony, attended by thousands of participants including insurers, agents, surveyors, and regulatory representatives, the winning players were awarded medals, certificates, and the championship trophy by Nepal Insurance Authority Chairman Sharad Ojha.
