Crest Micro Life Insurance Announces Date for Second AGM

Kathmandu — Crest Micro Life Insurance Limited has announced that its second annual general meeting (AGM) will take place on Jestha 23 (June 6) at 11 AM at the company’s registered office in Surkhet.

The AGM will review and approve the financial statements of the previous fiscal year, including the annual report. It will also appoint an auditor for the current fiscal year and finalize the auditor’s remuneration.

In addition, the meeting will elect two directors representing the general shareholders.

For the purpose of the AGM, the company has declared Jestha 9 (May 21) as the book closure date. Shareholders holding shares until Jestha 8 (May 22) will be eligible to participate in the meeting.
