Reliable Nepal Life Organizes Motivational Training for Over 200 Agents in Kathmandu

Kathmandu — Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Limited has conducted a motivational program for more than 200 insurance agents from its various branches within the Kathmandu Region. The event took place on Saturday at Basundhara.

The program aimed to encourage and equip both new and experienced agents with strategies to enhance their performance and achieve business targets. The training was organized under the leadership of Kathmandu Region’s Regional Manager, Yama Pokharel, and conducted in the presence of Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO) Dipesh Babu Tiwari, who served as the chief guest.

DCEO Tiwari emphasized their role in supporting the agents’ professional development and client engagement. He encouraged agents to apply the knowledge gained to strengthen their outreach and service delivery.

Concluding the event, Regional Manager Pokharel expressed confidence that the motivational program would serve as a catalyst for improved performance and goal achievement among agents.
