Neco Insurance to Refund Amount of Unallocated Shares from Today
Kathmandu — NECO Insurance Limited has completed the allotment of 43,779.52 units of unsubscribed promoter right shares that remained unclaimed during its 4.1:1 issuance of 5,030,901.155 shares at a par value of NPR 100 per share.
The allotment was carried out through a sealed bidding process held between Baisakh 12 and 21, 2082 ( April 25 – May 4, 2025). Bids were opened on Baisakh 26 (May 9) and shares were distributed on Jestha 6 (May 20).
Refunds for unallotted shares will be deposited into applicants’ bank accounts via IPS from today. The company has advised applicants to check their accounts and contact the issue manager within office hours if the refund is not received.
