IGI Prudential Urges Insured to Complete Claim Process

Kathmandu – IGI Prudential Insurance Limited has called on its policyholders to complete their pending claim processes by submitting the required documents or contacting the company within the next 35 days.
The company has stated that several claims submitted by end of Chaitra (mid-April) have remained unprocessed due to incomplete documentation or lack of contact from the insured individuals. As a result, the company is unable to move forward with the claim payments.
In an official notice, the company urged affected policyholders to provide the missing documents or get in touch with IGI Prudential promptly. The company has warned that failure to do so within the stipulated time frame will result in the closure of the respective claim files.
