Asian Life Insurance Announces Book Closure Date for Right Share Issuance
Kathmandu — Asian Life Insurance Company has announced its book closure date for one day on Jestha 16 (May 30) to facilitate the issuance of 42 percent right shares.
As per notice, only shareholders who hold shares until Jestha 14 (May 28) will be eligible to apply for the company’s right shares, as Jestha 15 (May 29) is a public holiday.
The company has already received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue 1,42,79,312.48 units of right shares at a face value of Rs. 100 per share. The right shares will be issued in the ratio of 1:0.42.
