Sun Nepal Life Completes ‘Inspire and Earn’ Program with Over 70 Agents

Kathmandu – Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company successfully concluded its ‘Inspire and Earn’ program under the Chakrapath Region, aimed at motivating and empowering insurance agents. The event was held at Smart Mall and was attended by more than 70 enthusiastic agents from five branches.

The program was designed to inspire agents towards professional growth and long-term success in the insurance field. Speaking at the event, Provincial Chief Lokmaya Adhikari emphasized the importance of positive thinking, hard work, and learning from top-performing agents to achieve success in the industry.

Regional Manager Deepak Basyal delivered a motivational presentation focused on elevating the insurance agent profession into a respected and sustainable career path. He highlighted the benefits of long-term involvement in the field and encouraged agents to view their roles as impactful and rewarding.

Top three agents from the region who achieved the highest business performance were honored during the event. In addition, seven agents who qualified for club memberships were recognized for their dedication and achievements.

The program also introduced agents to the company’s exclusive agent clubs — Shukra, Chandra, Mangal, and Darshan — which provide additional rewards and recognition. Detailed information about these clubs was shared to encourage active participation.

Training sessions during the program covered key areas such as achieving MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) goals, improving sales skills, career planning, and strategies for long-term business success.
