Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Offers 35,674 Promoter Shares for Sale
Kathmandu – Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Company Limited has announced the sale of 35,674 units of promoter shares. The shares are currently being offered exclusively to the company’s existing promoter shareholders.
According to the company, interested shareholders must submit their applications at the central office located in Kamaladi, Kathmandu, within 35 days from the date of notice issuance.
The insurer has further clarified that if no applications are received from current promoter shareholders within the stipulated timeframe, the unsold shares will be opened for sale to the general public as per regulatory procedures.
