Protective Micro Insurance Announces Date for Second AGM

Kathmandu — Protective Micro Insurance Limited has announced that its second Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Ashar 16 (June 30) at 1 AM at the company’s head office in Dhangadhi. The decision was made during a meeting of the company’s board of directors convened on Jestha 16 (May 30).

According to the company, the AGM will review and endorse the annual report and audited financial statements of the previous fiscal year. This includes discussion on the auditor’s report and other key financial documents.

In addition, the meeting will appoint an external auditor for the current fiscal year and determine their remuneration. The AGM will also seek shareholders’ approval for the company’s expenditures related to corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities.
