Nepal Insurance Right Shares Adjusted on NEPSE

Kathmandu — The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has adjusted the share price of Nepal Insurance Company Limited following the issuance of its right shares. The adjustment was carried out on Thursday, reflecting the 34.7826087 percent right shares issued by the company.

According to NEPSE, the price adjustment was based on the last traded price of Nepal Insurance shares, which stood at Rs. 782.87. After the adjustment, the revised price has been fixed at Rs. 606.65 per share. The trading of Nepal Insurance shares will resume on Sunday based on the new price.
