Neco Insurance’s 25% Right Shares Officially Listed on NEPSE

Kathmandu – The right shares of Neco Insurance Company Limited have been officially listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE).

The listing took place on Thursday, paving the way for secondary market trading to commence from Sunday.

A total of 5 million right shares, representing 25 percent of the company’s paid-up capital, have been listed. The issuance was aimed at meeting the minimum capital requirement set forth by the Nepal Insurance Authority.
