In the month of Jestha (mid-May – mid-June) alone, the company disbursed Rs. 21.12 million across 87 insurance claims filed from various parts of the country.
IME Life has emphasized that it is working to simplify not only claim payments but also related services such as loan disbursement and other policy facilities. These efforts are part of the company’s broader strategy to deliver timely services while building public trust in life insurance.
In a bid to enhance insurance literacy and customer engagement, various branch offices of the company have been proactively visiting the homes of insured individuals shortly after claims are filed. These field visits aim to ensure timely support and promote awareness about the importance and benefits of life insurance.
