Himalayan Investment Banker Appointed Share Registrar of Guardian Micro Life Insurance

Kathmandu — Himalayan Investment Banker Limited has officially been appointed as the share registrar of Guardian Micro Life Insurance Limited, marking a new partnership to manage the insurer’s securities-related operations.

The agreement was formalized during a signing ceremony held at the registered office of Guardian Micro Life. The Share Registrar Appointment Agreement was signed by Sumer Shumsher Jabra, Chief Executive Officer of Himalayan Investment Banker, and Chirayu Bhandari, Chief Executive Officer of Guardian Micro Life Insurance.

With this appointment, Himalayan Investment Banker will now be responsible for overseeing all shareholder-related recordkeeping and transaction activities for Guardian Micro Life. This includes registration, transfer, cancellation, share withholding, and updating shareholders’ records in compliance with regulatory standards.
