Sanima Reliance Life Concludes Agent Skill Development Program in Bardiya

Kathmandu — Sanima Reliance Life Insurance has successfully conducted a two-day skill development training program aimed at enhancing the professional capabilities of its insurance agents. The program was held at a resort in Bardiya on June 14 and 15, with participation from over 80 agents representing Sudurpaschim and Karnali provinces, as well as Banke and Bardiya districts.
To make the training impactful, the company invited renowned motivational speaker and sales trainer Bijay Kumar Jha from India. Associated with the Life Insurance Corporation of India, Jha is internationally recognized for his expertise in insurance sales and customer engagement. His sessions focused on the fundamental objectives of life insurance, customer psychology, objection handling, relationship-building, and long-term client retention strategies.
Company officials said the training was organized to acknowledge and empower agents who have made exceptional contributions to Sanima Reliance’s business growth. Jha’s practical approach and insightful suggestions inspired participants to refine their sales techniques and build stronger customer relationships, ultimately aligning with the company’s broader business goals.
The event was attended by Sanima Reliance Life Insurance CEO Shivnath Pandey, Deputy CEO Nirajan Kandel, Chief Business Officers, Regional Managers, and representatives from various branches and sub-branches.
Speaking at the program, CEO Pandey emphasized the importance of applying the knowledge gained from such training in day-to-day operations.
