Rastriya Jeevan Beema Company Announces Date for Third Annual General Meeting

Kathmandu — Rastriya Jeevan Beema Company Limited has announced that it will hold its third Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashar 29, 2082 (July 13, 2025). The decision was made during a recent meeting of the company’s Board of Directors .

The AGM is scheduled to take place at 11:00 AM at Anmol Catering Services Pvt. Ltd., located in Shankhamul, Kathmandu.

According to the company, the meeting will primarily focus on presenting and approving the annual reports for fiscal years 2075/76 and 2076/77. The Chairman of the Board will present the reports on behalf of the Board of Directors. In addition, the meeting will review and endorse the company’s balance sheet, along with the corresponding auditor’s reports, profit and loss accounts, cash flow statements, and other financial documents related to both fiscal years.

In preparation for the AGM, the company has announced a book closure from Ashar 23 (July 7). Only shareholders listed with the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) by the end of Ashar 22 (July 6) will be eligible to participate in the meeting.
