NLG Insurance Urges Policyholders to Complete Pending Claim Processes

Kathmandu – NLG Insurance Company Limited has called on its insured clients to complete their pending claim processes for claims submitted up to the end of Chaitra (up to mid-April). The company has announced that several claims remain unsettled due to incomplete documentation or a lack of contact from the insured parties.

In a public notice, the company clarified that despite efforts to proceed with the payment process, certain claims could not be finalized because required documents were missing or the insured individuals had not remained in communication.

NLG Insurance has urged such clients to get in touch immediately and submit the necessary documents to process their claims. The company further warned that if the concerned insureds fail to respond, their claim files will be officially closed.

Additionally, the company has published the list of affected insured individuals on its official website for public reference.
