Nepal Life to Finalize Incentive Calculations Based on Policies Within the Current Fiscal Year

Kathmandu – Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited has issued a directive to its branch and sub-branch offices nationwide, instructing them to complete all policy-related tasks for the current fiscal year within the stipulated timeline. According to a circular released by the company, both monthly and annual incentive calculations will only be based on insurance policies issued up to Ashar 28 (July 12).

As the fiscal year draws to a close, the company has emphasized that no new insurance policies can be issued on Ashar 32 (July 16). However, it has clarified that policies based on already accepted proposals may still be issued until that day.

In a bid to streamline the closing process, the company has mandated that high-sum insured documents and medical reports of the insured must be submitted to the head office by 5:00 PM on Friday, Ashar 27 (July 11). Additionally, reinsurance proposals from branches and sub-branches must be sent along with all required documents by noon on the same day.
