Sanima Reliance Life Puts Promoter Shares Up for Sale
Kathmandu – Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Company Limited has announced the sale of 1,647,584 units of promoter shares owned by its current promoter shareholders. The sale comes following a decision made during the company’s board of directors meeting held on Ashar 13 (June 27).
According to the company, the offer is exclusively open to existing promoter shareholders. Interested parties must submit their applications within 35 days from the date of the notice’s publication. Applications are to be submitted to the company’s central office located in Naxal, Kathmandu.
