Citizen Life’s Top Agents Drive Record Business with Dedication and Strategy
Kathmandu – Citizen Life Insurance Company Limited has recognized three of its top-performing agents for their exceptional contributions to the company’s growth in the fiscal year 2081/82. Through their efforts, these agents have demonstrated the impact of commitment, consistency, and deep community engagement in expanding the reach of life insurance in Nepal.
Leading the rankings is Madhav Singh Saud, Senior Agency Manager at the Satungal branch in Kathmandu, who has secured the top national position for the third consecutive year. With a total business of Rs. 27.16 million generated through 257 individual policies under his code, Saud has been named “Nepal Top Agency” once again. His consistent leadership also earned him the prestigious ‘Citizen Double Star’ recognition within the company’s elite corporate category.
In second place is Bal Narayan Shrestha of the Dulegaunda branch in Tanahun district. He bis known for his grassroots-level approach and has conducted extensive outreach across the Damauli area, engaging citizens in both rural villages and urban centers. Over the past fiscal year, he issued 154 insurance policies, amounting to Rs. 25.1 million in business from his code.
Securing the third position is Deepa Chapagain from the Swayambhu branch in Kathmandu. She has achieved a total business volume of Rs. 17.21 million through 19 high-value policies. Her performance reflects a strategic approach to quality policy placements and deep client relationships in the capital.
