Three Women Top IME Life Insurance’s Business Chart with Transactions Worth Millions

Kathmandu — In a significant achievement that reflects the growing leadership of women in Nepal’s insurance sector, three female agents of IME Life Insurance Company have topped the company’s business chart for the fiscal year 2081/82. This year’s results have highlighted the strength and determination of female agents in a field often perceived as more accessible to men in Nepali society. While life insurance is often considered a challenging domain for women in Nepal, IME Life has seen its female agents showcasing their outstanding performance. Despite their dual responsibilities at home and work, these women have outperformed thousands of agents nationwide.
IME Life Insurance Company credits the achievements to the agents’ consistent efforts, time management, and the support structure built through the company’s regular capacity-building and training programs. The company announced that it is planning a grand event to recognize and celebrate these agents’ achievements, as part of its broader commitment to motivating and empowering its workforce.
